"During the crisis in 2008, banks have significantly narrowed its product line, especially in the direction of loans. Nowadays there is a trend to return to the cash, retail loans, increasing funding for the car loan. For corporate business, we can predict that banks will provide a more long-term lines of loans - not 5-7 years, of course, but 1-2 years. Perhaps, they will even fund some infrastructure projects ", said Andriy Palka.
Discussing with anchorwoman Antonina Kutova prospects of Ukraine banking, guest of “PRO CAPITAL” program admitted that in 2013, first and foremost, the improvement of banking services quality level can be expected.
"Nowadays the banking sector is so competitive, that it’s almost impossible to create something new in the product line. The products foreign banks have introduced to the Ukrainian market, has been adopted and adapted by domestic bankers long time ago. In 2013, the competition will be in service, customers consulting, and in level of rates. And some banks will look for new ways of effective resources optimization.
