Specialist of IR Department of Pro Capital Investment participated in the round table "Verification of Sustainability: How to protect a business from regulatory authorities"

June 19 Specialist, Department of Investor Relations of Pro Capital Investment Roman Ozymko participated in the round table "Checking for Sustainability: How to protect your business from regulatory authorities."

At the round table, lawyers of leading Ukrainian companies discussed bonded company rights, problem of interaction with regulatory bodies and methods for their efficient solution.

"In recent years the tax burden on Ukrainian business has increased, the number of inspections and litigations increased. Therefore, the issue of  management companies literacy regarding tax diagnostics is one of the most important. Thus, experts recommend for companies to make their own diagnosis before verification. You must set point risk (including risk partners, who may become a precedent of tax penalties for companies). In addition, it is important to provide training for staff.Kontrolyuyuchi bodies are ignorance workers of their rights, and rights of the company's methods and verification purposes. During the training we can understand the risks associated with the test and to minimize them," - said Roman Ozymko.
