Specialist of Department of Investor Relations, Pro Capital Investment participated in Fryday W: "Building a career in the financial sector"

June 19, specialist of IR of Pro Capital Investment Roman Ozimko attended a meeting "Fryday W: Building a career in the financial sector", organized by the FLIFI (Forum of leading international financial institutions).

The participants had the opportunity to find out about the latest trends in global and Ukrainian human resource market from HR-specialist of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, CitiBank and companies RosExpert.

"The problem of scarceness of quality professionals is relevant to all business areas, especially financial. It was emphasised the trend of aged population despite the growing number of working retirees.

However, because of rapid development of IT-technologies, and actively introduce of innovative products in banking institutions, it's important to look for young professionals - Generation X, which are more educated, quickly adapt to innovation and have high requirements for the balance of "work and life".
